STUDENT SPONSORSHIPS

It costs UrbanPromise $3,641 to send an elementary or middle school student to a full year of our AfterSchool and Summer Camp programs. If you’re passionate about providing a Charlotte student with a year of engaging and educational programming within a neighborhood-based AfterSchool Program and Summer Camp, please see the suggested giving levels below. Your sponsorship will allow children to participate in activities that improve their academic performance, teach necessary life skills, establish positive relationships with caring adults, explore the arts, and nurture their faith.

  • $3,641: Provide 1 student with a full year of UrbanPromise Charlotte AfterSchool and Summer Camp experiences

  • $1,821: Provide 1 student with six months of UrbanPromise Charlotte AfterSchool and Summer Camp experiences

  • $304: Provide 1 student with a full month of UrbanPromise Charlotte AfterSchool or Summer Camp experiences (make that a monthly recurring gift and cover 1 full year here!)

STREETLEADER SPONSORSHIP

For $5,379, UrbanPromise provides one of our teenage StreetLeaders with a job, leadership training, and college and career counseling for a year. The heart of the StreetLeader Program is challenging teens to use their influence to make positive changes in the lives of the children in our programs, in their own lives, and throughout their communities. In addition to preparing StreetLeaders for the professional world, UrbanPromise also provides extensive job training, tutoring, college preparation, professional counseling, and mentoring to help StreetLeaders succeed in and outside of the program. If you’re passionate about youth employment and leadership development, please see the suggested giving levels below.

  • $5,379: Provide 1 StreetLeader with a full year of UrbanPromise employment

  • $2,690: Provide 1 StreetLeader with six months of UrbanPromise employment
